  • Thank you for purchasing from us bestie, here are some frequently asked questions we get asked daily : how long does UK shipping take? UK shipping can take anywhere from 10-14 days. how long does worldwide shipping take? WORLDWIDE shipping can take anywhere from 14-20 days. do i get a tracking number if I'm in the uk ? if you are purchasing from the UK you will not recieve a tracking number as we use Royal Mail second class to keep shipping costs affordable. does worldwide getting a tracking number ? yes only up until it reaches your country . what if my order hasn't arrived ? please email us at zarahcosmeticss@gmail.com or drop us a dm at zarah.cosmetics can I get a refund ? we only issue refunds within 2 weeks if the product is damaged or you haven't recieved it within a 2 week notice period. after a 2 week notice period orders can not be refunded at any cost . what happens if they're is a delay ? if our business experiences high order voloumes we will usually alert all customers about the delay and any further information required. how long does it take for emails to be answered ? up to 2-3 days. can I cancel my order? you have 24hrs to cancel your order after 24 hrs has passed you will not be able to cancel your order. I placed a order with the wrong address? please ensure you place the correct address as we are not responsible for any incorrect addresses provided so please double check. can I swap items one I have placed my order? No. you are not able to swap items once your payment has been proccessed and your order has been placed. my box is empty or my item is damaged? if your box is empty or damaged through transit please send us the items or empty box back via the return address . if your item is damaged please send us images attached via email and contact zarahcosmeticss@gmail.com and return the items to the return address.
